BOOK –

1. Career Paths – Career Interest Groups
2. Focusing your Career Choices
3. Educational Paths – Linking Education and Careers
4. Researching Careers
5. Planning for the Future
From the book:
What will you be doing in Five years? Ten? Twenty? You may not be thinking that far ahead, but your future will be affected by what you do now. This course/book can help you decide what you want to do during and after high school. It will help you discover and create your own (God-given) path for the future. The decisions you make in the next few years can have important consequences. For example, what courses should you take in High School? What careers interest you? Should you consider more education after high school? If so, what kind? This course will help you answer such important questions.
Weekly homework in the student book is REQUIRED and may include some library research, internet, or job interviewing, etc. for one or two of the assignments.
