Club Meeting & Room Request Procedures

Note: This applies to student hobby clubs (such as chess, stamp trading, photography), Bible Studies, one-on-one tutoring, and other meetings that would not be classified as adults instructing groups of students.

  1. Email Mrs. Mancini with a few possible dates & times to determine schedule availability.
  2. Click the button below to print out a “Club Meeting Room Request” form. Complete it with your preferences and details.
  3. Send it to: “Room Request”, The Training Ground, 610 Pittsford-Victor Road, Pittsford, NY 14534.
  4. Member students may utilize this meeting space FREE. Non-members in your club must pay one dollar each time they come. (The exception is paid tutors, who must pay a room fee.)

When you click the Reserve a Room Now! button you will be able to read and print the Club Meeting Room Request Form.
